What is concierge medicine?
Basically, it’s a system where patients become members of a clinic and pay a membership fee for more personalized, enhanced care and better access to their provider.
Do you bill insurance?
Yes, we do! We in-network with:
- Medicare
- Premera Blue Cross
- Regence
- Lifewise
- Cigna
- First Choice Health
- Aetna
We are still in the credentialing/contracting process several insurance carriers. We are unable to accept Medicaid.
How does concierge medicine work with Medicare?
We will bill Medicare for any covered services, just like any other primary care clinic. The membership fees cover the Amenities that we offer. For Medicare's response to concierge medicine, click on link: https://www.medicare.gov/coverage/concierge-care
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes. We offer same or next day appointments (within business hours.)
What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine allows the healthcare provider to communicate virtually with the patient via video or phone to evaluate, diagnose and treat. While it's not appropriate for all situations, like an emergency, or if you need hands-on care, it is extremely useful for follow ups and simple issues. Most insurers cover Telemedicine visits; check with yours to confirm your benefits.
Do I get an annual physical with membership?
Most insurance carriers offer an annual physical. Check with your plan. We'd be happy to provide one for you!
Can I use my HSA to pay for membership?
Most often, yes. Check the policies of your HSA.
What if I need a referral to a specialist?
We have long standing ties to many specialists in the area. If you need a referral, we will send you wherever you need to go.
Do I have to join the clinic if I get injured at work or need an employment related physical?
If you have a work related injury, need a drug screen, an employment physical (like a CDL physical), or other occupational testing, you do not need to become a member, and if you already are a member, any occupational medicine visits will not be counted under your membership plan.
